Welcome to the forums, Shade. The site pretty much started out as a summer project for Shadow Yoshi, sort of.

Anyway, enjoy your stay, and drop by the IRC sometime, too.

More people on LLF should join the IRC. It's only me who ever goes there and sometimes Loxo but even he hardly ever goes there.

I would love it if LLF moved their IRC to StarNet. Esper is a very large network and incapable of PROVIDING BENEFITS

...like StarNet can, at least.

I go on at least eight different channels on Esper, many are not affiliated with LLF. What do you mean by providing benefits? Why would Esper not provide it being the large network it is?

I mean, StarNet and Esper at the lowest level are the exact same thing (they run the same software). It's just that StarNet was made specifically for channels like #lemmysland: to bring Mario communities closer together. Since StarNet is small, there's also a greater connection between users and staff. Virtual hosts, custom service bot creation, and help are made a lot easier (and with more features) because of this.
